I leased used ATR 72-500 at the PAD airport. But the runway is too short for this type of prop. Is there any way to move this aircraft to my hub or anorther of my airports?

Try moving it to an airport nearby with a longer runway. For example, if it was stuck at YTZ i would send it to YOW before moving it somewhere else.
I was checking for nearby airports that you can move it to with long runways before you fly it to your hub as suggested by @zortan, but then I realized that the runway length was incorrect.
I have corrected the runway length so please try again to see if you can either fly to your hub directly or do as suggested.
