It’s been a week since I encounter this problem, before. Auto scheduling on my routes starts at 7:00AM until 7:00PM (UTC+8) before, but since this week, I can’t open new routes because even if I check the routes management every hour of the day, it says that “The server is currently auto scheduling routes”. Will I ever make routes again? If ever, what is the “window hours” or the time I could schedule, add, or change my routes (Note: my local time is UTC+ 8:00) on routes management. Thanks!
we are working on ways to improve it and speed up the scheduling calculations, this week we did a server upgrade and this weekend I am re-organizing some of the code so that we schedule more routes simultaneously.
But yes it has been taking 12-16 hours recently to schedule which is too long
