When I try to create a 3 leg route for CDG (Paris), KEF (Reykjavík), HEL (Helsinki) and then back to Paris it reads “When flying outside the EU your flights must originate or terminate in your home country.” Event though this flight starts and ends in the home country (France).
No bug. Did you read the In-Game Guide on route set up?
