Awareness Plateau

Hey All,

Just curious to what could cause awareness to just stop moving in either direction. Since January 2, 2023, my awareness has been 88.94% and has not budged. I’ve played with my marketing and have even decreased it, expecting my awareness to also decrease like it has in the past. But it looks like I can’t do anything to make it budge.

This is expected behavior, you need to have enough routes to enough various places alongside with airline marketing to make it to the 100% level.
