Its a 1 man show on the support side, so you need to have patience. Anyways, the rules made it very clear you cannot have 2 accounts on the same network so you have should take note of that instead.
The rule says that you can have two or more accounts with the permission of the moderators. I need a new account for my son and they don’t give me an answer either. Please help.
