I think adding a tab where the map of all your flights en route with time, flight number and other things would add more to the game. Also, I think there should be a declare bankruptcy option to willingly remove airlines that are failing from the game, or possibly provide them with emergency relief or something of that sort.
I agree, since this game can be quite difficult
