Hi, I would like to know if paying my employees a low salary will affect my company. I know that their happiness will decrease and the attrition rate will increase but does that have any impact on the finances of the company like- will it cost me more if there is more attrition?

Yes, lowering their wages will likely actually increase your costs as you have to effectively train more employees since the ones at your airline will keep leaving.
