There is a way to calculate the minimum requirements for landing on the runway? I’m aiming to better plan my seat map

For example, I now have a route from YOW to YDF, assigned to it I have an E195-E2 with a unique seat map. I made a rule of 3 to calculate but I suppose it’s not right, luckily it worked but I may be missing some seats

Can you share a formula for this?

How do you make a custom seat map? Is it different from a configuration for seating in an aircraft?
