Long haul or short haul?

Hi!! Is it better to start as a long haul airline with larger aircraft or a short haul airline with smaller aircraft?

Demand depends in part on reputation, so is it easier to fill small planes or planes with configs like 4-8-12-X or less. You should also take into account the cost of large aircraft as well as the cost of the leasing.
