Could you let me know where you got the passenger number, please?
According to an article I read Dushanbe had about 61% of traffic in Tajikistan, and Khujand had somewhere in the mid-twenties (I forgot the exact number), so I found out total passenger number in Tajikistan based on the game’s number of passengers to Dushanbe and from that and from the % of traffic to Khujand figured out the passenger amount.
