Hub change

Is it possible to change hub since i want to change hub from BMA to like ARN since the runway is kinda short.

there is no firm establishment of hubs, so you can make flights from any airport in your home country. (Or any EU country)

No hubs sound nice, but maybe add a “build terminal/add gate” option? This would allow airlines to build terminals (and own them) and add gates to their existing owned terminals. Perhaps a $100,000,000 build terminal fee and a $10,000,000 fee per gate on the terminal?
