Is there a chance we could limit the number of auctions an airline can participate in, at one time? Maybe 2 or 3?
What would be the point of such a limitation? I’m not saying it’s a bad idea, just wondering why.
It’s just kind of crazy to see the same airline being the highest bidder (and I’m assuming won) on 5-10+ auctions.
Edit: I understand how auctions work. But there’s really no point in using it for smaller airlines, when a very wealthy carrier can just keep bidding/winning all the auctions.
