I’ve said this before, but I swear I die a little on the inside everytime I see a group of people without their masks on, knowing that idiots like them contribute to rising cases and thus, the pandemic
For me their denial/idiocy/whatever-it-is, going against everything being done to control this whole mess, just gets me worked up.
Yeah…
I’d like to hear their bs reason for not wearing a mask.
I’ve heard “I can’t get it again so I don’t need a mask” before
Ok, didn’t expect that. I’d just believe it’d be something like “it’s too uncomfortable” or some other flimsy excuse.
Heard that too
And I’ve wanted to say that before, but I dealt with it for everyone’s sake.
But again there will always be those who “don’t want to have to deal with it anymore and could care less about the health and safety of others”
Now that’s just selfish, and kinda scummy if you ask me.
In school some kids literally pull down their masks in front of the teachers and yelling ensues
Yikes
Kind of chaotic
Sounds like it.
What’s it like where you are?
Well, before all this I was going to a respectable private school, and it went digital fairly early on, so I never dealt with mask stuff in school. Throughout all this I’ve gone out very little, except going for walks around my neighborhood, I really haven’t dealt with people like that in general. The few times I did go out my town was fairly empty, up until restrictions were rolled back a couple months ago, now more are coming out. It worries me.
That’s why I’m kind of introverted
I’m always worried about getting sick (and my health in general), so I just stay inside to avoid any possible exposure.
Same here.
Even after getting a vaccine I’m pretty sure I’d still be very wary when it comes to going out.
